The Team

Founded by Yoshi & Stefan Stiller EAST showcases Yoshi's Korean heritage and the culinary experiences both of them collected during the past 12 years living in Asia.

Their love to Asian food now finds the right platform with a casual yet stylish venue in a historical location. The team is supported by close friends of Stiller's.

The core team with Bruce Liu, Michael Li leading the service and our Executive Chef Ralf Sun with Executive Sous Chef Tank Qi are all working with Stefan & Yoshi since many years.
